The room was well-appointed and air conditioned with a double bed, we had a good rest.

Had really lovely stay in this top-class hotel, the staff were highly efficient, location was incredible central in Levante area. The breakfast was sensational with plenty of food.

It offers very good services and has a very good breakfast choices.

Very nice stay in an absolutely fantastic hotel. The room was immaculate and functional, the staff was amiable. Clean functional bathroom. Welcome drinks at terrace bar, great service. Great position in the centre, in the very relaxing area.

Thanks to very hard working and top-class staff I had an air conditioned twin room with views of the street.

I had a really lovely experience here, everything was first-class, the location was incredible close to all the shows, childrens play areas with swings and an exercise area with all different equipment all free for older people and of course shop cafes restuarants and bars, and Benidorm at the beginning of May. The service provided there was very good. Soft drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise.

The position was secure, restaurants and bars are not far from the hotel. The property was located 300 metres from the bus stop. Loved the staff, they were all very hard working and also gave us information on how to get around. The breakfast spread was excellent, with lots of tasty options.

The location is perfect and secure, and the area is very very nice not far from restaurants and bars. The twin room is new-fashioned, we also loved fantastic views. We would come there again, thanks very much.

The venue is clean, with marvellous location so close to Servigroup Calypso, all the best bars, clubs, restaurants and beaches, and other bars and venues. They have a terrace bar.

The rooms are functional, the breakfast is very very good.

The positives include secure and top location and parking on-site. The rooms are well-appointed, the bed is comfortable.

This place deserves more than 4 stars, it has functional rooms and serves very good breakfast. It has particularly helpful personnel on the reception desk. Overall outstanding food, plus there is The Marquis of Westminster close by.

The property was high-class with hard-working staff on the reception desk, I enjoyed the stay. The food was savoury with a great selection of choice! The hotel was in a central location right on top of the beach. I found Coconut offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Facilities were top, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The location was ideal and secure as it was not far from restaurants and bars. We ate at a clean restaurant for everyone staff.

It has large and really modern rooms and a good pool.

The room was functional and neat and faced the street. The bed was extremely comfy, the amenities included a storage and a hair dryer.

The twin room was new-fashioned. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Make sure to get twin room with new mattresses, balcony, fridge. Particularly helpful staff on the reception desk, everything is first-class.

Everything is excellent here, had a really nice stay for our yearly visit to benidorm. The twin room is immaculate with TV, clean towel, as example. The location is great, relatively near a small amusement park.

Location close enough to the benidorm palace, which is 40years old and a fabulous show, the many entertainments and shops and the shops, Avenue Mediterraneo and the Beach Promenade. The street view and a decent size and functional room.

The breakfast is sensational, offered with proper back bacon and drinks at other mealtimes, for example.

Everything was superb, so were incredible views of the ocean. The room was more than neat and immaculate and included a spotless bathroom. It had top and secure location with access to Iglesia nearby. Had incredible and freshly made meal in the restaurant.

The hotel boasts central location in close proximity to bars & restaurants. And it's next to Benidorm, the resturant, and the beach and all entertainment.

The hotel was relaxing in general, had accommodating staff on the reception desk. This property was located in a very central area just next door to the beach, Benidorm and all the bars and shops. It also was in her area after 2 days. Liked how the spotless room with tv was arranged when we arrived.
