Hotel Santa Faz (Adults Only)

We had a spacious bedroom. Enjoyed the location hard to find from where we was dropped off from the coach. Benidorm Old Town district was worth staying in.

Fairly clean, old-fashioned hotel with well-mannered staff. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location in the commercial area, close enough to bars that stay open to the early hours and the old town close to the two main beaches and the port and two minutes walk from the main tapas bars right in the centre of the resort. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Saint Anne's Well.

Complimentary WiFi and an air conditioner in the room and the comfortable bed. Good breakfast with lots of good food.

Had guest room with lovely powerful shower and wake-up service was available in it. The staff was absolutely perfect and my stay was fantastic, would stay here again.

It was fairly clean, everyone was well-mannered and competent. I've had huge and spotless room with clean sheets, the bedroom, tiniest bath.

The venue is fairly clean, with excellent location just next door to both beaches and tapas bars, the old town right next to all the bars and clubs, and the main tapas bars. Thank you for a good stay, I would definitely go back.

Everything there was good and the staff were exceptionally helpful and top-class. Liked the Spanish-style building and our air-conditioned room on the upper floors. The breakfast was satisfactory with pre-packed portions of bread and had a wide array of food.

Compact and reasonably large rooms come with air conditioning, decent shower and double bed.

The food was fab with variety of options. We booked a nice size room on the upper floors and could use wake-up service, available in it. Particularly good and incredible location right near tapas alley, met what was needed.

Excellent very central location next to the old town, literally round the corner from Tapas alley, and the shopping centre.

The staff is absolutely perfect and the continental breakfast is good! Make sure you stay in the king room with the view of the street.

Overall a lovely stay for 4 nights in October. Fairly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was magnificent and fantastic short walk to the church & cliff top, beach and bars, and centre of Old Town around the corner from Tapas Alley. Great food and cold drinks. A nice size units with tiniest bath ever and very nice helpful staff.

Possibly the best and fantastic hotel experience we have had, would stay here again. The room is adequate and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. All the staff members are very obliging and good. The location is in the centre of the city.

The room is neat and airy and has a good size bathroom. The staff is outstandingly accommodating and the atmosphere is quiet. The hotel is situated in the centre of the city, not very far from an urban public beach.

The service was great, I had 3 perfect nights here. The room on the upper floors. The personnel was amazingly nice and amicable.

All the staff was well-mannered, solved my issues. It was compact, functional and for a three quarter bed. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets was a bonus.

The location was BRILLIANT, next to the old town right next to all the bars and clubs yet, the main lively square in Benidorm, and the centre of Old Town Benidorm. The room was fairly quiet and bright, the bathroom was good size.

That was beautifully decorated and lovely welcoming hotel set in coastal area, really close to the centre of old town near the bars & restaurants also within, restaurants in the immediate area and the real old town spectacular views minutes away. The guest room I got was complete with drinks, double bed and tiniest bath. The food was fabulous - lots of options. The marvellous location was a 4-6 minute walk from Cat street. I greatly enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

Quiet place with good Wi-Fi and beach restaurant. Plenty of food for a continental breakfast. Brilliant location for our visit to Elche Park not very far from the hotel. Lovely area. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

The beds are exceptionally comfortable to sleep on. The venue is placed in a very central position in the centre. Don't forget to explore Benidorm Old Town district.

Double room included a heating system, an electronic key card and a work desk. The great thing about this traditional hotel is location in the centre of the city. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like La Braseria, set within 5 minutes walk or so...

Maybe the street, it was noisy.
