Got a varied breakfast included. Its location was great and lovely and the staff were decent people on the reception desk.

Overall clean place, efficient service, very professional staff. Peaceful and handy location, brand-new double room with bath as well as a large balcony. Well prepared and varied breakfast selection for all tastes with juice and delightful pastries.

The location was perfect and easy: the Sunday market and a market were within walking distance.

Everything was really good, it's impeccably clean and wonderful relaxing hotel. The room was top-notch and nicely decorated and also had a bath. The staff was competent and well-trained, my every need was addressed. Rich and marvellous breakfast, they offered cheese and meats. I was there for 2 nights and will be returning here soon.

I had queen room with a separate bathroom. The hotel was in an ideal location adjacent to the mountains north, and enough bars and entertainment round about.

The hotel is fully equipped with professional and well-trained staff and pool views. Queen room is top-notch, has a spacious bathroom. This property is in a perfect and exceptionally nice location, near to the train station and restaurants and foyer. Besides, the property is located 4 km away from Staines Moor Country Park.

The location was perfectly comfortable, near to beach, bars and restaurants, benidorm centre and all the amenities and bars, restaurants around the area, and the view was astonishing.

The location was not ideal.

Excellent service, parking on site. Well prepared and varied breakfasts, with juice and delightful pastries, for example. All in all great and lovely setting next to many restaurants, levante beach, and bars and cafes for those who want to try other food and drink options.

Efficient service, brand-new double room with kettle and the lower or upper floors. Good cheese and meats in the morning. Quiet and easy location close enough to the beach, clean restaurants in the local area.

All in all, it's popular place that has lovely friendly and efficient staff with an unfriendly member of staff.

Had air-conditioned double room with a magnificent view, a full size bath plus 2 x three quarter beds. The food was fantastic, I enjoyed cheese and meats. The staff were decent, gentle. The venue was in a central location just next door to all night life.

Had central location to Benidorm palace.

Overall clean place with pool views and very professional and well-trained staff. A good choice of meals for breakfast, including cheese and meats. Efficient service overall and parking on site. Wi-Fi provided. Quiet location next to restaurants and foyer, the beach and strip, perfect distance from the hussle and bustle, and the bus station, brand-new rooms. Again, not far from a bucolic village.

The staff was hard-working, extremely helpful all the time. The location met every demand, it was comfortable and easy to the outside bar area. Also, such main attraction as a marine animal park was 2 km from this hotel.

Spent my time really good here. All of the stuff was very professional and well managed. I visited pool bar and tried hot drinks.

The breakfast food was fabulous, with cheese and meats etc. The rooms were top-notch and well decorated and complete with a lovely large balcony, very good views, for example.

This location was perfect and easy, very close to Benidorm offers for walkers, the super Market and Benidorm Palace and the north end of the beach areas. Cheese and meats looked outstanding!

View was absolutely stunning, breakfast was absolutely superb, and beds were comfortable. The staff was competent and check in was early. I liked the queen room and all facilities in it. The hotel had a central setting to the “ Level Service ” area.

The pool view was stunning and the location was ideal and nice, close enough to for enjoying the fast pace partying in Benidorm, local night life and shops levante beach around a ten minute walk away and enough bars and entertainment round about.

It was the best of Benidorm hotels I visited before. I liked staying in this well-maintained place. Easy location short walk to the promenade, local night life, and the north end of the beach areas, I felt safe. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Colmars Diner.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was awful, and the bed was a little hard.

I was offered a room with fabulous views to the mountains north. The breakfast was very very good with plenty of cheese and meats.

All the staff were competent giving some tips about the city. The food was fabulous, with a great selection of options.

We have booked double room for 5 nights, everything was first-class, it had Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a sofa set. Loved the location to the outside bar area. The staff was excellent friendly and efficient and delivered excellent service.

Had top-notch and beautifully decorated room with comfortable bed, I truly enjoyed it. Spent here 2 wonderful days and would love to come back here some time.

We had cheese and meats for breakfast, it was well prepared and rich. The location was marvellous, close enough to enough bars and entertainment, the north end of the beach areas and the shaving port, in a very noticeable area. Also, a marine animal park was only 1 km from the accommodation.

The location is perfect and magnificent and close to garden and swimming pool, very nice, bars/restaurants and melia benidorm and all that spoilt trip. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Levis Showboat, situated within 5 minutes walk or so. The breakfast includes good food like cheese and meats.

The total stay was really enjoyable for the price. The king room was silent with a lovely large balcony. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff were accommodating. A safe and a mini bar were available but at extra cost. The hotel had a magnificent location a minute walk from Cines Colci Rincon Cinema.

This hotel has a relaxing reception area. We liked the nice decor. Property has helpful stuff. To grab a bite visit white star beach, it is located close by.
