Our accommodation was set in a very central location very close to all the nice tappa's bars, shopping, the nearby supermarket and the right place for the Old Town close to all the tapas bars.

The hotel had very very good and exceptional breakfasts with all the breads and excellent coffee, for instance. Excellent services were available. The property had a library in the reception.

Had 4 days in Benidorm, spending my time here lovely. The breakfast was comprehensive, a wide array of food. This accommodation had a very central setting right in the centre of the old town near Tapas Alley. Moreover, it was about 10 mins walk from Poniente Beach.

Modern hotel located short walk to the old city centre, and the traditional tapas bars and restaurants of Benidorm Old Town. Incredible, magnificent location close enough to walk to everything.

Guest room was fashionable and the food was fresh. The staff were attentive and provided help.

The superior twin room had a nice-sized balcony, a storage, and a safe box, facilities worked for us. The bathroom was great-sized, it was nice to have a roll-in shower. Very friendly stuff apart from manager and the location was incredible close enough to lively entertainment.

Updated, airy room with a kettle and a plug next to the mirror in the bedroom plus a terrace. Marvellous location, just walking distance from everywhere. Easy walk to El Casco Antiguo de Benidorm.

Variety of food for the continental breakfast. Marvellous setting, not far from innumerable bars, cafes and Very close to the sea front. Also, fab right in the heart of the Old Town.

Thoroughly enjoyed amazingly clean and updated double room with great walk-in shower, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location was marvellous, near to the right place for the Old Town close to all the tapas bars, the shops and tapas bars, in a great area.

It's holiday base for sightseeing and exploring Benidorm. The staff are very efficient and genuinely helpful, the location is incredible. All in all they offer efficient service. Overall great facilities, there's free parking. Recommend this hotel in Benidorm.

I'm glad that getting wheelchair accessible room with good quality bedding, good beds and a kettle was not a problem. The location is very central, just next door to the various and many bars and eateries, and Really close to lots of bars.

The property seemed overall clean and the room was good value for money and well-equipped. I was here for 3 nights and ate at tapas restaurant for good food. It had very clean bed and the staff were very friendly and especially helpful people apart from manager. Loved this friendly family run hotel, recommend.

The rooms were fashionable and nicely decorated, had a shower, a hair dryer and toiletries in the bathroom.

Its location near Plaza triangular was stunning. The room was spotless and complete with a bathtub.

It was fairly clean and the staff were accommodating, beds were extremely comfy. Very central location was a plus. Also, Poniente Beach was max 20 minutes walk to. It was as expected, had a very nice stay in the old town.

This accommodation was in the very central location very close to nightlife. We got queen room and liked it.

It is a fabulous property located in Benidorm Old Town district not far from the centre, the sea and the Old Town in a back street. Courteous staff here especially receptionist.

The venue's position was central. Also, it was close to the beach and attractions like Zoo were nearby.

Exceptional service, although a few employees were very unfriendly. The unit we got was fairly quiet with a lovely gift of bottle of wine, a free safe, for instance.
