The staff was extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating, the breakfast offered was lovely with plenty of food. The bedroom was stylish and new-fashioned. We appreciated having a bathtub.

Wi-Fi was very poor, really bad views.

This accommodation was in the very central location near the end of the marvelous beach. I tried some drinks at pub Nicholson's, located 5 minutes walk away. An excellent breakfast with chocolate and coffee to order.

I had breakfast in the bar and everything was exceptional. I had king room with windows overlooking the sea and exceptionally comfortable bed. The location of this hotel just off the beach promenade, Close to the beach and the square is Morgan's tav was marvellous and fab.

Clean and popular place, has lovely views over the beach. It offers excellent service. Hotel restaurant is big with good choice for breakfast.

It's well-equipped with lovely bathrooms. The staff has always been hard-working and very professional.

Really great service, air-conditioned double room with clean towels, a fantastic view along the coast, balcony.

The staff are friendly efficient and especially helpful, managed the parking on site. The family room is air conditioned, we also really enjoyed great views. There is a plenty of supplies like : a hair dryer, a sofa set, and a kettle.

Had a spotless and stylish room to myself with British channels, the bathroom, for instance. Friendly service, even though a few employees were unattentive.

The hotel was close to the beach and very close to Rincon Deloix Public Beach. There were several bars and restaurants nearby. The room I booked was spotless and provided with coffee, the bar, as example. The breakfast was excellent and offered chocolate and coffee.

I have stayed in the family room with fresh towels.

Had exceptional stay in September and the weather was warm sunny. We greatly enjoyed the family room which was brand-new with spectacular views. The hotel was set in a very central area just next door to noisey night clubs and the beach, McDonald's and burger king right next door.

Enjoyed the family room I was given, it had a sofa set, a kettle, and a balcony. The breakfast was gorgeous and on chips, the staff was best. The property's location was lovely, in the quiet area.

Hotel is popular, with incredible breakfast, and location is magnificent near to a well designed restaurant and the Port Benidorm. The double room is new-fashioned and has a kettle and a balcony. The property provides a good service. Moreover, guests can use parking onsite. They have local beverages in the outdoor bar.

The king room with spectacular views, facilities worked for us.

Outstandingly accommodating and amiable personnel on reception desk and kept the hotel fairly clean. The room was large and airy with exceptionally comfortable beds as requested.

The venue is fairly clean, with great and fab location near to food selection, the lovely Levante Beach and Benidorm, Spain. Plenty of food available in the bar. Good service, the breakfast is great. The check out is late.

I stayed in this simply stunning hotel for 4 days, had exceptional experience, appreciated its handy location short walk to Beach / Shops / Bars, excellent beaches and restaurant. The staff were hard-working and very professional and provided very good service. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and hot chocolate and cereal were good.

This hotel had a very central position in a lovely quiet area. There was Mcdonald's nearby, offering quick meals.

It was fairly clean, everyone was incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating. The rooms were tidy and airy with fabulous views of the sea and main road. The setting was magnificent, just off the centre of Benidorm, local bus stops and the open top bus terminus and all the bars and restaurants also the beach.

It has genuinely helpful and very amiable staff team with a very helpful receptionist. The ambiance is family. The breakfast is sensational for toasters, has outstanding food. The location is lovely, bars and taverns were close to the hotel.

The stay here was fantastic for one night in a double room short stay. It had very central location close to a city beach. The area was pretty nice just off too many restaurants and bar and shop as well as many shops bars and the beach.

I booked a twin room for 5 nights and had a very nice stay. I found cereal and hot chocolate to be decent. The service was good, including the good onsite restaurant. Moreover, I could explore a modern casino as it was close to the place.

Family-friendly hotel, nice rooms, the stuff were helpful. Right by an amazing beach. We appreciated to have evening drinks at Theplaza Vincents, based nearby. Sunny balcony was a bonus. In addition, free WiFi was useful.
