The room was never cleaned or sheets changed and available with balcony. The location was marvellous and we were close to restaurants and pubs. Area around had a huge variety of choice for meals and drinks, cafés and restaurants.

Outstandingly accommodating staff of the hotel. Unbeatable location on all the activities of the night from all the groups staying, in the new area.

A quadruple room with her children has basic facilities you need.

Actually the room was spotless with drink options, balcony, as for instance. The staff were excellent and very very helpful, everything was excellent. The hotel was in an incredible location, within a walk from a shopping area and a supermarket.

We had a really great 1 night stay. The venue was in a very central location close enough to the beech and shops, and El Campello. The bar was good with lovely and informative staff.

Everything was excellent, exceptional staff made our stay fantastic. We spent 1 night in neat and huge guest room for our requirements. They had an early check-in. Its location a short walk from Zoo was brilliant and awesome. Plus, it was just next door to Benidorm, the old town and very close to all the bars.

We think it's a perfect base for staying in Benidorm. The venue has marvellous and brilliant location to lavente beach.
