The hotel was impeccably clean with well-trained staff, we felt at home here. The perfect and nice location was near Courtfield Gardens. The breakfast was hot and rich and had lots of options.

Everything was very good, stunning location close enough to the centre of Benidorm, all the best shopping, dining, and cultural attractions, and restaurant with Spanish couples, professional staff. The food was fab and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. The room was tastefully decorated with a large terrace, English Channels, for example, best prices.

Its rooms are beautifully designed and functional with very comfy beds.

The breakfast served was varied and plentiful. We greatly enjoyed their EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly large and clean, location was great and lovely in a taxi which was reasonably priced. Had a really nice experience staying at the double room. The staffs were welcoming and the service was good. The breakfast was hot with lots of brilliant food on offer.

It was a real good stay on holidays. Our double room was functional, with a nice bed. Thanks to the hard-working staff everything was really good, including a lot of outstanding food.

The staff were well-trained with any request. I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was overall varied.

That was what I call unique base for a longer stay. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was soundproof with a large terrace + sunloungers. The accommodation had a central location in the surrounding bars I are returning next year.

The stay here was very good on holidays. The staff and the host were all extremely friendly and efficient. It was a particularly good location for us, really close to the Poniente Beach, the restaurant and a concrete jungle. There was Mundocook a short walk to the hotel.

I got a spotless and fashionable room with balcony. A hair dryer, soft bathrobes and fresh towels were available there. Fantastic facilities and the pool was great.

The room was new-fashioned, we liked it. Swimming pool view was worthy. The hotel had indeed a strategic location in to old town. Parking was nearby and we didn't mind paying extra gbp 15 per day.

The room was fashionable with double bed, snacks, English Channels, and all other comforts. The property was set in a really comfortable area. The swimming pool was clean too.

The total experience was really good, I recommend. The standard queen room was relaxing with powerful walk-in shower, the bed was amazing. By the way, I paid £15 per day to get parking lot...

Thank you all for the very good stay on holidays. Exceptionally clean hotel, facilities are amazing, and the location is handy and strategic very close to the beach. The best thing is location - near to the old town as well as the centre.
