The staff are really friendly and accommodating, we really enjoyed them. It offers decent sized rooms with views on three sides, a balcony plus a fridge, spent our time really good.

It has panoramic and beautifully presented rooms to offer with 3 single beds as well as the bedroom. The hotel staff are attentive and knowledgeable.

We liked it. The room was comfortable modern and well-organised with a fridge and a Balcony view, great service.

The apartment was neat and new-fashioned, with a storage, a safe box, and a balcony. There was very very good breakfasts with great salads.

Some of the staff were very rude.

Lovely breakfast, nice views, magnificent location very close to Close to the beach, the bars and restaurants, and the reception and lounge areas, which were beautifully lit, with nice seating and modern, shiny tiled flooring. Efficient and excellent staff throughout. Had large and luxurious room for a fine stay for 4 nights. Large bed and large balcony.

The food was outstanding, included tea, toast, fruit, and eggs. The staff was all very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating and we would stay there again.

Overall had very nice stay on vacation. Stayed in decent sized and heated apartment with spa bath. The location was great and fab, just off site car park, foyer and public areas smart, other restaurants nearby and the Old Town, and the private parking was an excellent bonus.

The most outstandingly accommodating staff I ever met. The hotel was close to the beach and close to a modest park. It took me 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop.

Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Benidorm. The restaurant was particularly good for breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. The views of the sea were magnificent. The hotel had a central location and it was very close to a modest park. You could walk to a mall and a supermarket.

Not particularly friendly staff!

Actually everything was first-class. The room was airy and neat, plus the bed was good. Besides, the area was really comfortable, next to Benidorm City Hall. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, even so it was nice.
