This place is great value. Very good standard hotel that has highly professional staff at reception desk. The room is top-notch and a nice size. It is centrally located, the area is very very nice adjacent to the brilliant market on Wednesdays as well as Benidorm on many occasions and usually at 3 * hotels. The breakfast is rich and fresh, liked its service.

Impressive trendy boutique hotel with a nice design. Well presented cereal and fruit at breakfast. Absolutely perfect and great staff, brilliant location short walk to the beach and centre, restaurants and bars and Morgans tavern.

Marvellous and beautiful location of the hotel, very close to Benidorm for a quick visit from the Torrevieja district, all the other bars and restaurants and the large beach too.

Brilliant hotel, fairly clean, with lovely and especially wonderful staff from the maids. Cereals and fruit served in the morning.

Booked the hotel for its marvellous location so close to a fantastic restaurant tucked away in a side street of the main shopping area, 'Paneils' restaurant, lovely areas and outdoor market on weds and sat. There were a storage, a dressing room, and Wi-Fi in my absolutely brilliant and ideal room.

The selection of excellent cereals and fruit was a bonus. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly.

The staff - some of them were completely rude.

I found the hotel's location marvellous, just next door to bars & shops and the beach / pubs / clubs / bars / restaurants.

A great selection of really tasty and delicious breakfast items to choose from. Reasonably priced, airy room with a mini fridge in the bedroom, bbc, wardrobe space. Stunning location in a very quiet area next to the centre of town, and bars along the street.

Dreadful views from the window.

The location was great and fab, right across the road from Morgan's Tavern which had great entertainment, and the bed exceptionally comfortable.

Centrally based in a lovely poolside area. Spacious bedroom. The very efficient service combined with the nice food.

The hotel is brilliant and lovely with lovely personnel from the top management. Absolutely brilliant rooms come with the balcony, coffee, as for instance. Would recommend this venue, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Marvellous full English breakfast with cereals and fruit. Great and fab location - really close to plenty bars and entertainment, the restaurant on arrival, and beach, bars and bus stops. Easy walk to Supermercado Veracruz.

Beds were very hard.

The room was kept spectacularly clean and available with ice, such as tissues, hairdryer. Marvellous very central location short walk to the beach, shops and bars, and all Benidorms nightlife.

The hotel was centrally situated just next door to bars, Neptune's Palace and the many different restaurants Benidorm has to offer in the evenings. Again, it was at a short distance from La Paz.

The room was great value and also had power shower. At the restaurant, the breakfast was rich and freshly prepared on a half board basis. Its location was top, really close to at a better price, and all bars and beach.

Booked a room with decent views, and the staff were really good and pleasant people from the receptionist to the chefs waitress bar staff.

This hotel was set in a very central area very close to Benidorm provides in the major bars in Levante, beach, shops and bars, restaurants and Paneils' restaurant. Moreover, Ku Discoteca Benidorm was at a short distance from the place.

I enjoyed the room, it was brilliant and ideal and complete with UK TV channels. The staff were lovely and especially wonderful as I expected.

The room was neat with fridge, coffee making facilities, clean towels, could leave my car nearby. The hotel was set in a very central area close to the restaurant very attentive and friendly as well as the centre near all the bars.

The location was central, just next door to all nightlife and the old town, the beach and nightlife and clubs, bars, bureau de change and beach. In China Garden, located nearby I had Spanish meals.

The rooms with bbc, 2 double beds plus fantastic shower, lovely and especially wonderful staff from cleaners to the manager. Very good breakfast on a half board basis, reasonably priced.

The full English breakfast with cereals and fruit is over the top. This hotel is centrally located to the high rises all around the sea front.

It was centrally situated, easy to get to a large contemporary casino. The room was immaculate and fantastic and the view of the sea was good.

I had a delicious breakfast with reasonable priced drinks. The room was neat and I loved the European-style building. The location was perfect for walking around an urban public beach.

Had facilities needed in my twin room, including an individual safe, air conditioner and a mini-bar. The bed was very comfy, a bath worked well.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Pub & club scene. This was exactly the twin room I wanted in Benidorm. Efficient and perfect team, they made me feel welcome.

Bright room with bedroom, hot drinks in the on-site bar. Nice pool area too. Very central location near the sea. And so close to the shops and the restaurant.

Plus, the location is magnificent, minutes from Mini Golf. It has accommodating staff and boasts great views of pool.

We stayed in the twin room and appreciated it. Very central location short walk to the airport, the restaurant, all the nightlife, it was in a lovely area. We had lunch at nearby Snack Bar Mariano's, tried their fast food options. Besides, the parking was nearby.

Rooms are very clean, location is ABSOLUTELY GOOD. The desk staff had a very pleasant manner. We appreciated to chill in the nearby craven arms bar.
