Hotel Cimbel

Had a very lovely experience staying at the double room. It was overlooking the sea the view was nice! Fantastic and lovely location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. The hotel was a good base for enjoying an excellent area.

The location was incredible and amazing, minutes from old town. It was within 5 minutes walk from a bus station.

There was balcony to be added.

Brilliant accommodation with a first-class service and a family atmosphere. Twin bedroom. Fab location, newly renovated bed, great walk-in bathroom.

I loved to be here, everything was very enjoyable. Overall it was well-appointed and brand-new, with a private bathroom. I️ had an incredibly beautiful view overlooking the sea.

The location was marvellous in a great area, near the beach and good distance between the old town and the bar area as well as all the great restaurants and bars. Also, the venue was right by all my favourite places, like Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The hotel was fantastic and fairly clean with outstanding views of the sea. The bedroom was reasonably sized and compact. Had an English breakfast, found it to be gorgeous.

Even though everything was modern, some of the staff were not so friendly.

Well-maintained and good looking place! Nice pool area, extensive and hot breakfast with all the healthy options, drink including cava, fresh fruit.

The room was huge and comfortable modern with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The employees were attentive and excellent. The English breakfast was warm and varied, plenty of options.

Asked for twin room and it was reasonably sized with balcony. The location was marvellous and particularly good and we were close to bars and restaurants.

All the staff were caring, attentive. The service was very good throughout our stay. Relaxed by the pool, it was nice, especially when the weather was such warm. The room was huge and the location excellent, to sleep with the window open an even thou the sea was calm.

The place is wonderful and clean, it offers lovely breakfast and incredible location right on the main beach. The rooms are decent size and the staff is supper friendly. It has an outdoor bar.

The service was good, we had a nice hot and amazing breakfast. Twin room we stayed at was newly decorated for own toiletries etc.

The room I booked was kept spotlessly clean and available with a balcony, sound proofing, for instance.

Reasonably sized room plus a free mini bar, WiFi, and a safe. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was warm and marvellous. Consistently courteous staff, good services, including lots of superb delicacies.

The most important - fantastic and lovely location being situated on the main promenade.

It was spotless and well-maintained place, comfortable modern and well-appointed rooms. The most excellent and efficient staff I ever met. The location was incredible and beautiful for Benidorm, really close to shops, bars, restaurants, Benidorm for Valentines and right in front of the beach. Had brunch in the Yorkshire Pride One, located nearby. I spent some time with refreshing drinks in the excellent downstairs bar.

Classy hotel in a good area near the night life, the promenade between the old town and the new and the restaurant after the first morning. Exceptionally nice staff, very positive stay during our visit!

I enjoyed the room with amazing views, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It had things I needed, including everything-free mini-bar and WiFi. The hotel had a very central setting next to the sea front.

The room we stayed in was well-equipped and huge with a wonderful view, very comfortable beds plus a balcony. Had excellant and perfect location excellent in all areas highly recommended.

We had a very positive time. Warm and amazing breakfast with chef to make fresh omelettes was a nice touch. The staff were super-friendly, we greatly enjoyed quick check in.

I liked the hotel, it's exceptional, it has caring staff and fantastic location. The venue was near the beach and near Benidorm Old Town. There was a park and a hill near the place.

The breakfast was warm and marvellous, the staff was amazingly nice, the grounds were clean. They offered us compact and reasonably sized rooms with nice view, music to dance to, as for instance. The location was marvellous and particularly good - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Apartamentos Vistamar bus stop.

The location is great and fab, it's near the more tranquil Old Town, public areas and the restaurant. There's cool Restaurante Dura Platja within easy walking distance of the hotel, make desserts etc.

Booked wheelchair accessible room with comfortable bed, sound proofing plus own toiletries, which I really appreciated. The service was very good and the pool was great.

A fantastic hotel in a fab setting with plenty of little extras.

Efficient staff, fantastic location so close to the beach and night life, and all shops, restaurants, and bars. Also, in the normal dining area. Newly decorated and compact units with a balcony.

The twin room is recently refurbished and airy. It has marvellous location close to Benidorm Old Town.

The breakfast was lovely and great, it offered variety of well presented food. The venue was in a beachfront location close to Benidorm which has lots of pubs and cafes and the beach and Benidorm old town. Plus, the hotel was situated not too far from Plaza triangular.

Came here for 5 nights with my friend, had a great stay. The staff were kind and the facilities provided were good.

All in all everything was good, had a great stay during our visit. We were given a family room with large comfortable bed upon arrival.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered double room with a very comfortable bed. I had a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and a TV set. The hotel was in an incredible location, right on seafront.

The staff were pleasant and food was well presented. Got wheelchair accessible room with sound proofing, a very comfortable bed, as example as expected.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a little rude.

It was GREAT time in Benidorm. Everything was good and enjoyed my stay there. Polite team, they made me feel welcome. The view from my family room was stunning. There was exceptionally comfortable bed, a private safe, a mini bar and a sofa bed.

The location is marvellous and brilliant, 1 km from El Casco Antiguo de Benidorm. It is close to bars and pubs. Make sure to get twin room with a very comfortable bed and stunning views.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, incredible food, astonishing views. I had nice days staying at this ideal central hotel.
