Spotless and newly remodelled room provided with a sunny balcony, comfortable beds, extra pillows.

The staff are very attentive and the rooms are brand-new. The hotel has perfect location to Rio park. Also, it is right by local shops/Supermarket and the sea front.

My room was a nice size with a private bathroom.

The location was not good.

The food was excellent. The room was recently refurbished, with large bed and a shower and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Magnificent location so close to a good area as well as restaurant nearby, I felt safe.

Will be back, I truly enjoyed the place, it met the purpose. Wonderful hotel with amiable staff, has magnificent location down to the sea front. They offer great-sized and newly renovated rooms. Nice touch to have a safe box, a TV set, and a storage.

Very comfy bed in the twin room, plus coffee, a kettle, and a storage space. Very nice stay, pretty nice bedroom, late check-out. Excellent and perfect location right in the centre and easy access to supermarkets and shops. 10 minutes walk from Princes Street Gardens.

The location was magnificent and ideal as for me, very close to local shops/Supermarket, especially Benidorm Palace and the beach and lots of shops, bars and restaurant nearby. The twin room was spotless and recently renovated with comfortable beds. The staff was very pleasant and amicable at all levels.

I liked spending time here. This hotel was located in a central area near Benidorm, Supermarket and the sea front. Popped in The Grand National for shots before sleep, it was within a close distance from the venue.
