Efficient staff and the place was exceptionally clean. The double room was recently refurbished with comfortable beds, the bed was big. I came here for 6 nights and had a very nice stay.

The location was great on the entertainment. Moreover, it was very close to bars & restaurants, old town and shopping areas.

We appreciated being in this property. The rooms where good sized, it was exceptionally clean and fairly large venue. The bed was big, and the room itself was fairly good.

It was a unique base for our really nice stay. The hotel was in a magnificent location, adjacent to the beach is Benidorm old town. Moreover, it was right by port fiesta park for 10 nights and shopping areas.

The property was fabulous, offered outstanding and immaculate rooms. The staff were fantastic all the time. The breakfast at hotel was free and satisfactory.

The hotel has particularly good and fab location right by shops and bars, the square and the seafront. We stayed here before, always neat and compact rooms on to the balcony. The breakfast was lovely and very very good with sausage bacon to choose from.

Tbh, had a really nice stay on holiday. The room was compact and neat, complete with the balcony and fresh towels plus 4 single beds. Hotel's location was excellent and fab, on the entertainment. Further, it was just off Spain as well as the night life.

The room I booked was spotless and compact with the air conditioning, 4 single beds, as example as expected. The location seemed particularly good and fab in old town.

Overall it was a really nice stay on holiday.

The location in a nice enough area was marvellous and fab and there were a supermarket and shops nearby.

Fantastic accommodation, the breakfast was very good, excellent location in the lower dinning area. We got a newly renovated and great-sized room with an excellent bathroom. The bar was lovely with efficient staff.

This place is pleasant and the staff are so very polite. Make sure to get double room with TV and shower plus the balcony. The location of the hotel is marvellous, really close to the English bars as well as town centre and plenty of shops. Also, Parroquia el Buen Pastor is nearby.

Its location was particularly good and fab, close to Ponte beach side and new Benidorm.

Every visit to Benidorm we like to stay here. The property is fairly clean; adequate and lovely rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. The restaurant food is fresh, and the breakfast offered is free and good with eggs sausage bacon.

Tidy & newly remodelled rooms with big tv super shower. Perfect location very close to the old town and shopping areas, shops and beach and Spain. Easy walk to Boca del Calvari Museum.

Place was fairly clean, everything was good. The room was adequate and lovely, it came with a safe, bedroom, as example. The staff were wonderful and lovely.

Would like to go back here again when I'm in Benidorm. I would say it's nice comfy base for staying and exploring Benidorm. Good restaurant, good food, people working here are extremely friendly.

It has a particularly good and fab location anywhere near the poll area till late afternoon. The food is outstanding and the breakfast was satisfactory.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and coffee and a hair dryer inside the room. The hotel's position was marvellous, next to the English bars, new Benidorm and the beach & the old town.

The location was magnificent and fab for exploring this pretty quiet area, near to the beach and shops as well as Benidorm. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Mediterranean Balcony Museum. Everything was really good as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was very old. There was a wide array of fabulous meals.

Perfect location in a taxi to the strip with views of the main road to the beach. Amazing food and alcoholic drinks. A good standard and pleasant hotel, my first choice in Benidorm.

I loved this pleasant place, stayed there for 2 nights. The jewel in the crown was accommodating staff. It was located in a pretty quiet area. I spent some time with soft drinks in the lovely main bar.

Thank you for a really nice stay. The venue is clean and fairly large with attentive staff members. The best thing is location - close enough to old town and Benidorm and the English bars. They have fine beverages in the main bar.

It has marvellous location for visiting El Casco Antiguo de Benidorm.

Planned to see Benidorm major attractions and it was chilled-out base for visiting all of them. I enjoyed amazing food. The main bar was nice and the drinks were soft.

Thanks to the attentive staff everything was really good, including a good choice of fabulous food.
