The breakfast is hot, and the location is magnificent just off shops and lovely beach and the Old Town. The hotel has air-conditioned and new-fashioned rooms with very comfortable bed, shower plus great views.

The room was fantastic and outstanding, with with a massive balcony as well as the Hotels pictures. The location was absolutely perfect and brilliant very near the beach. Also, the hotel was not too far away from L'aiguera Park.

The room was air-conditioned and neat with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very aggressive.

Generally, the place was nicely decorated and had attentive staff from 1 member of staff. I truly enjoyed the room with a proper balcony with view, the bed was really big. The location was excellent for exploring Benidorm. And the area was nice quiet, very close to areas which for 4 * hotels would be pretty standard, the promenade and beach and bars.

This wonderful hotel had central setting near the beach. On the whole lovely food; Two Palms Restaurant was in the vicinity.

It is a beautifully decorated property located in Benidorm Old Town district near the beautifully refurbished Voramar as well as a taxi stop. The breakfast is great, good food. The services are terrific, including an excellant pool. It also has very good internet and free parking.

Really big beds, climate control and a small fridge in the room. Wooden furniture, stunningly beautiful view. Location: good, just off common areas, the beach and the old town and the centre of the old town, very large rooms.

Had a pleasant stay in September, everything was perfect. Stayed at an air-conditioned and reasonably large room with 2 large beds pushed together, a balcony, as example. Our hotel was in a marvellous and perfect location in the centre of the old town. The downstairs bar was stylish and the staff were amicable.

The room I stayed in was air-conditioned and complete with a large balcony and great views plus so modern. The location was magnificent for walking around El Casco Antiguo de Benidorm. The pool was excellent and I had hot drinks in the rooftop bar.

It made our trip to Benidorm a fab experience. The location of the hotel was magnificent and peaceful - not too far from Mediterranean Balcony Museum. You could walk to supermarkets and shops. There also was handy parking and brilliant pool.

We really enjoyed the air-conditioned room and polite staff. It's within a walking distance of la taberna del colon, where you can have lunch.
