The room was nicely decorated, had essentials, like a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. There was extremely comfy bed, excellent and accommodating staff who blatantly said that he wo n't help and started speaking Spanish at me and had a very aggressive sarcastic manner. The location was marvellous and decent, far away from attractions, the hotel overlooked city.

Well-appointed and brand-new units with fridge + hairdryer + english tv channels and pretty friendly stuff.

Huge, newly remodelled units provided with a kettle, English TV channels and Fridge + Hairdryer + English TV channels. Great and unbeatable location - near the old town which has nice tapas bars, and old town centre. Again, walking distance to Manchester Arena.

We appreciated the convenience of the guest room with walk in shower.

The room was extremely pleasant and good sized and with TV, English TV channels, for example, had everything I needed. I enjoyed a convenient style. Its location was excellent, near the bars on Old Town, the strip, and other areas.

The rooms are a nice size with comfy beds and smoke detectors.

Huge, recently renovated room provided with the TV and Fridge + Hairdryer + English TV channels plus a kettle. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location, central area, close to the tram line that goes from Alicante to Calpe and a taxi to the strip/showbars.

Overall it was well decorated, with a private bathroom.

Everything was fine, unbeatable location not far from the beach and the public transport and garden with an Amphitheater, really good experience.

We got a room with a bath. The location a short walk from the beach was perfect! Restaurants and bars were also walk from the hotel.

The beds were comfy and the rooms were brand-new and tastefully decorated. Got the view of garden. This was an ideal location right by the tram line that goes from Alicante to Calpe, the shop, and the pubs, restaurants and the beaches. Visited El Casco Antiguo de Benidorm, one of the tourist spots, located not very far from the hotel.

Both rooms we booked were brand-new and extremely pleasant with TV, an excellent value for money breakfast, as example. It was nice to find an electric kettle and a fridge. The staff was really friendly and exceptionally nice, good services.

The venue was well-maintained, I loved the location close to the beach and the public transport and a city park where local teenagers are very active at night time mostly until 2am, and garden views. My twin room was brand-new, had an extremely comfy bed. The staff seemed pretty friendly and exceptionally nice.

It needs updating and Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The hotel was in a decent location very close to pubs & nightclubs, convenient stores, and the shop. Also, a city beach was 2 km away.

My 4 nights in Benidorm were real good. The room was beautifully decorated, had comfy and included an electric kettle and a fridge. Btw, it was overlooking garden. The location was brilliant and enjoyable, within easy walking distance of Zoo. Restaurants and bars were located walk from the hotel.

Its location within walking distance of Benidorm Old Town was brilliant. Moreover, the area was quiet.

think that this comfy hotel is beyond compare, thoroughly enjoyed it. overall, it's good base for exploring benidorm attractions.

Not very clean bathroom.

Food was fab and I have nothing but real good memories from this trip. It was reasonably clean and the staff were top-class, beds were comfortable. The service was good and the pool was lovely.

We really enjoyed rooms with an excellent value for money breakfast. The location was brilliant, within walking distance of Cat street. Great new year in this fairly nice area.

bright room, friendly staff, good breakfasts. there's lots of restaurants to choose from, like cafeteria beniarda, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

We had a balcony. The staff were great all the time...
