Brand-new, tastefully decorated rooms, hot breakfast and brilliantly helpful staff. Fantastic view over the sea, a bathtub and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. What an incredible and unbeatable location back in the cool out area!

In overall, the place is special, has very attentive staff from cleaners to manager. It boasts stunning location just off main shopping area / bars / restaurants, Close to local shops and ample tapas bars and a great atmosphere. Besides, you can walk to Saint Mary's Cathedral. My must haves' are a fashionable, nicely furnished room with a bath and lovely views.

This location was incredible and unbeatable, very close to restaurants along the front in the old town, and the beach-which is literally on the door step. Also, Sainsbury's wasn’t far. It was as expected, had a perfectly pleasant stay in the old town.

Well laid out rooms were high standard with a jacuzzi. This excellent little hotel was in central location right on the sea front.

The bed was large, the room was high standard and had a magnificent view. It was nice having complimentary WiFi, a lounge, and a storage.

The breakfast itself was cold, can be way much better, and the bathroom was very small.

The service was friendly, including a very quick check-in. The pool was good, with sun loungers and a poolside bar.

The hotel staff was very rude.

The breakfast was comprehensive with British cooked sausage, seafood plus very good desserts, and the team was exceptional and kept the space fairly clean. The service was special and the location was marvellous.

The venue is wonderful relaxing and stylish, its location is fantastic, near to close to the harbour, the promenade which was lovely to look over whilst having a drink outside and the clinic. The room is brand-new and well-maintained, the staff are well-mannered people from reception waitresses management. The sea view from the window is magnificent.

The rooms were all beautifully maintained and brand-new with a fridge and coffee making facilities. The location was excellent for traveling around Benidorm, next to a hill which posed a problem as well as the Old Town of Benidorm.

The location was incredible and unbeatable, close enough to appreciate the lovely sea view right the way up to the harbour as well as centre of old town which had good shops, bars & restaurants, in a very nice area. Bar Cafe San Remo located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I got well-stocked and extensive breakfast with the bacon and HP sauce, for example. All the employees were very friendly and service-oriented. The location was magnificent on the entertainment or the lack of it. I ate at the tapas restaurant near the hotel.

The location in a lovely area was good and there were a shopping area and the Sunday market nearby. Also, Elche Park was within walking distance.

The location was marvellous - next to the local shops and attractions and the one. Greatly enjoyed the price of our twin room with the screaming young children and its essentials.

The room I stayed in was high standard and brand-new with a jacuzzi, the uppfer floors, a lovely cleaner. The breakfast served was extensive and warm, everything you could wish for, with sweets, soggy food, everyone's diets. The location was central, amazing in a peaceful area.

The hotel was in a marvellous location close to the Old Town, which has many fine shops, and Tapas bars as well as the quieter Poniente beach side of Benidorm for what we wanted it for.

Possibly the best and perfectly pleasant hotel experience we have had, would love to return. High quality and spotless place offers comprehensive breakfast and incredible location on the promenade across from the sands. The employees are so efficient and incredibly helpful. It offers very efficient service.

The hotel's location was amazing, directly on the promenade with the main shopping centre and shopping centres within walking distance. I enjoyed to be there and will be back.

Everything was good, courteous staff, peaceful location short walk to the Old Town, and Benidorm. The rooms were top quality and cheap and included a fridge, climate control and a personal safe etc. Plus it had delightful view of sea. The roof top bar was fantastic and the drinks were complementary.

Loved my king room. A hairdryer and a spa bathtub where very handy. The breakfast was hot, the check in was easy.

Design of the rooms looked convenient, rooms themselves were cheap and warm. The food was delightful with plenty of options. The staff was efficient on arrival and throughout the stay.

It had central location close to Elche Park. And it was also just next door to Benidorm and the night life of benidorm.

My room was cheap and light with a jacuzzi bathroom. The location was brilliant, within walking distance of El Casco Antiguo de Benidorm.

Helpful staff and location was MAGNIFICENT. Loved food at Meson la Salsa, it's at a medium distance from the venue. Furthermore, parking on-site was a bonus. It was worth its 4 stars.

Terrace added some charm. Food, provided there was excellent. We visited one of our favorite spots mal pas beach that was very close to the hotel.

It was an absolutely relaxing stay. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. Some of our favorite spots such as aqualandia were in front of the hotel. A view of the sea from our window...
