Helpful staff members with a very pleasant manner, well-equipped and well-appointed rooms. Absolutely perfect location next to the outdoor market, and 10 minute walk from a grand townhouse.

I loved 3 nights in this property. Gorgeous hotel, the stay was very good, magnificent location in a great area for all amenities very close to the open market. The staff was excellent friendly and efficient and great to deal with. The services were very good.

The rooms were brand-new on the balcony, the staff were lovely friendly.

The hotel is good standard, has very attentive staff on the reception desk. The location is stunning, just next door to the restaurant and location, and the tapas bars - couldn't be better.

Liked staying at the king room with an extra bed and free safe plus shower. Its location was marvellous, just next door to the restaurants and the twice weekly market which was a bonus.

It's modern with exceptionally comfortable beds and excellent views. Would stay here again as they provided superb service.

The weather was fine, had brilliant stay by Jet2 Holidays. The setting was unbeatable, close enough to the beach, shops and restaurants, the big market and local bars and plenty of shops.

It has excellent friendly and efficient staff from the maid to the bar staff to the Manager and really good facilities.

This hotel was set in a central area adjacent to Central to all the bars, bars & beach, simple tidy rooms, helpful staff and the market in Benidorm. Furthermore, it was at a medium distance from a modern casino.

This location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, adjacent to tidy restaurant too, and entertainment venues.

Well, the area was awful overall.

Its pretty standard hotel with ideal location close to night life etc.

Overall it was beautifully maintained too early for the air conditioning. The location of the hotel was lovely - not too far from Avenida Martinez Alejos.

Unbeatable position in the good area, so close to the sea front and Benidorm for the past 14 years.

The room itself was beautifully maintained and brand-new and had fantastic views over the mountains. The facilities were really nice and the beds were great.

I came to Benidorm for nightlife - everything was fine. Perfect room, besides I had an excellent view. The food was amazing with lots of alternatives. Its location near Zona guiri was peaceful.

King room was air-conditioned and adequate. The location was magnificent and peaceful - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

It was a Spanish building, the rooms were neat. The location was stunning and the staff was efficient and attentive during the whole stay! I found Helen's Tartan Shamrock offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. The facilities were very good too.

It was perfect, good enough for nightlife. The location was peaceful and brilliant - ease of access to Zona guiri. The restaurant was located within 400 metres.

Location right by the restaurant and location and the beach and shops. For shots visit Helen's Tartan Shamrock, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

So glad we choose it, it's perfect place for staying in Benidorm. We were offered single room with a personal safe, TV with satellite channels and a writing table which were very good.

altogether it was great value though. it took only 20 minutes to walk to 5 bus stop.

A good base for exploring Benidorm. We dined at Daynight, that is just 200 metres away. No complaints with the hotel
