When we checked in, twin room with the smallest bathroom on the word was ready. Unbeatable central location very close to shops and bars as well as beach, old town and nightlife. Moreover, it was relatively close to Museum of Liverpool.

Breakfast was cold, can be better.

The hotel's location was very central, to the well being centre. The staff was superbly friendly and efficient and made it a wonderful stay. The room was fabulous and neat and the bathroom was great walk-in.

Good-sized and absolutely brilliant room with Internet, good lighting, for example for £ 82. Excellent and absolutely perfect location, a short way from everywhere.

We truly enjoyed spending 2 nights here. The venue was fairly clean and the staff were superfriendly. The hotel's location was very central, right next to the Old Town. The breakfast was good hot, such variety, with omelletes.

The staff was hard-working and really helpful and helped with the public parking. The breakfast was warm with omelletes, and the restaurant's offer was good.

It had not very good views.

The location was central, right by the Benidorm Palace, and Close to beach. Also, a small amusement park was just a short distance away. The room itself was well-appointed and brand-new with a lovely big bathroom, shower, bath.

Facilities were really good, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

The breakfast was sensational with omelletes, we were pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and the location was quiet central.

Everything is really good, loved my time here. It offers brand-new rooms with the smallest bathroom on the word, 2 single beds, for example, and every member of the staff was super friendly.

Peaceful and perfect location close to shops and with a view on the pool. Huge, new-fashioned room with a separate bathroom and a hair dryer and guest toiletries.

Heated pool, clean and absolutely brilliant rooms with nice bathrooms very clean with daily towel changes;)))

The hotel's location was perfect, close to Benidorm for the last 10 years, the main beach, and the restaurant. The food was fabulous - a good choice of options.

All in all everything was really good, had a wonderful stay in February 2014. The rooms themselves were modern on the higher floors. The breakfast was sensational with a good choice of items.

Thank you very much everyone for a very pleasant stay for the main holidays. The hotel had a central setting in the nicer area of Benidorm. The staff were all extremely helpful, efficient. Warm breakfasts with omelletes, everyone could try something new.

Well-appointed and brand-new room with the smallest bathroom on the word and very pleasant experience. Hard-working staff and attention to detail. Clean pool, parking on site. Late check out. Quiet central and absolutely perfect location, not too far from Pub & club scene. Found in a very nice area just off Central to beach, far enough away for quiet and all the shops and the promenade.

It had central location close to Plaza triangular. The staff there were affable and amicable. The restaurant was very clean with a modern decor here, I had delicious dishes.

I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was good hot with omelletes. Thoroughly enjoyed twin room I booked, it was well-appointed.

This accommodation was in the central location to the entertainment which in July goes on till 1230. Moreover, it's just off piano bar, the beach & nightlife, and the restaurant. The twin/double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was brand-new.

Fantastic place with positive staff and excellent views. Incredible, magnificent location in Benidorm, near beach, old town and nightlife, the main bars and a cafe to get a drink in early morning.

There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was superb. There were nice pool, secure parking, but I liked hotel's lovely views more.

Relaxing place, reasonably clean, functional rooms and extremely helpful staff. Quiet central location in a very nice area, right by the beach and promenade, Alsa bus stop for the Alicante airport service and shopping areas for those who wish to shop. Situated only 1 km from Mediterranean Balcony Museum.

The total stay was enjoyable for the main holidays though. The breakfast offered a wide range of good meals. The room I booked was well-appointed and provided with the smallest bathroom on the word, Internet plus coffe. The location was peaceful and unbeatable, for example, an urban public beach was not too far from the hotel.

Quiet position in the very very nice area, so close to the airport, beach, shops, banks and bars and both the beach and bars within walking distance.

The room was not only new-fashioned, but neat too, and had a balcony and a hair dryer...

The location was peaceful and magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Mal Pas Beach. Overall it was modern on the higher floors.

The location was good, with spice of life nearby, where we could eat. Characterful base for trip in Benidorm.
