The stay here was fantastic for our 12th visit. The pool area was heated and the location was great and brilliant, close enough to the beach and prom, the bars and restaurants on the strip and Victoria.

Reasonably clean place with genuinely helpful staff. Set within 5 minutes' walk of the bus stop. Such a lovely stay in winter.

Great and fab location, spacious property, very comfy beds. Got modern room with amazing views over old town and Poniente beach and a hair dryer, a safe box, and a kettle. Luxury bathroom with walk in shower.

We stayed in a twin room with views. The hotel was in a lovely location next to the Old Town as well as the centre and the beach.

Deluxe quadruple room with spotlessly clean beds, arm chair, for instance. Magnificent, fantastic location on the evening entertainment. Delicious and fabulous meals.

Newly remodelled units on high floors. Nice meals. Lovely quiet area, central location right by mediterranean spanish coast, So close to the beach and the lively end of the resort. Again, walking distance to El Casco Antiguo de Benidorm. Their service was good. Late check out.

The breakfasts were particularly nice with fruit juice, porridge and bacon and the staff were kind, did not rush us. The hotel was in a marvellous and brilliant location really close to beach and old town, the bus station on a time schedule and the Old Town and the lively end of the resort.

The check in was easy, the staff was efficient and excellent. The hotel's location was particularly good and unbeatable, straight to restaurant with a shopping street and a market within walking distance. Besides, the property was 4 km away from Saint Anne's Well.

Asked for double room and it was huge on high floors. A mini refrigerator, complimentary wireless internet, and a balcony were great.

They recommended a friendly restaurant with always-smiling staff.

I enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel. Had a really great stay for one night during a Benidorm visit. The location seemed marvellous and fab on the beach. And I were next to Benidorm for location, restaurant and bar so friendly and helpful and the centre of the old town, close to shops, bars and restaurants.

The room is new-fashioned and equipped with a hair dryer, a safe box, and a kettle. The staff are mostly very friendly and provide a good service. Would stay here again if in the area.

Reasonably clean place with sea views and genuinely helpful and qualified staff. Magnificent and perfect location near the sea, in the lovely quiet area. Plus, walking distance to Thomas Cubitt Statue. A lovely stay on holidays.

The place was impressive and wonderful and the staff were exceptional, the location was incredible near the sea. The rooms were huge in good condition, felt like home.

The units are new-fashioned, huge. Everyone who works in the hotel is consistently courteous and exceptional.

It was based in really good building in a good and perfect location, in the neighborhood of the old town Benidorm. Bar The Mucky Duck was located 5 minutes walk away.

Its location was marvellous, just off which is very clean, the promenade, and shops to visit.

Plenty of outstanding food, I liked it. The room was new-fashioned and well-appointed and included tea and coffee making equipment, and refrigerators.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

The venue was set in the central position right by the Levante beach the Harbour and the Poniente beach, Benidorm for well over 40 years and a local restaurant.

Everything was fabulous, including exceptional staff and magnificent location close to shops, bars and restaurants. We were in newly remodelled double room. And it had an absolutely brilliant view of the sea.

The venue was fantastic and pleasant, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was magnificent near the Victoria in Benidorm, and the beach and old town. Modern and newly remodelled units with a view of the mountains, balcony and luxury bathroom, and the staff were efficient. I was here for 7 days and would stay here again.

Nicely decorated and absolutely stunning accommodation with very amiable staff at the reception desk. Extra large beds, brand-new and well-equipped rooms. A great selection of options, amazing food.

The place was clean and gorgeous, it had mostly very friendly staff from chambermaid to the manager. The hotel had a central setting in the entertainment for children. Bar The Mucky Duck was 500 metres away from the place.

It has magnificent and unbeatable location just close to Benidorm City Hall.

There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was great. The idea to include coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge in the double room was nice. There was a huge variety of high quality meals.

By and large, it was good base for sightseeing in Benidorm, had much fun and met efficient and welcoming staff from chambermaid to the manager. The property was set in a very quiet area. Our room was newly remodelled and fabulous, offered with twin washbasins, walk-in shower plus kettle.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was way too hard.

The venue was fairly clean and reasonably spacious. Found in a nice part of the town.

Location: the hotel was not far from the old town and the new part of benidorm, the shops and Benidorm. It also was to the bus station on a time schedule.

All in all marvellous and brilliant setting very close to the beach, the Old Town, and RH Victoria. For tea or coffee visit St James Tavern nearby. Very enjoyable stay, as always.
