Beautifully decorated room with private bathroom and a kettle and BBC. Central setting of the hotel, well-trained and competent staff from check in to waiters. Found in a particularly good area very close to all the main places, water park and zoo & 3 euros, and sufficient storage space.

Spanish-style building, spotless rooms with TV and a nice front facing balcony. Excellent service from the staff.

Everything was great, helpful service, great location close enough to the ample " cafeteria ", and beach and bars. Its staff were absolutely brilliant. It was a fabulous stay, lovely and excellent place.

Wonderful place overall, it is fairly clean, location is marvellous in a quiet area. Hotel's breakfast is bountiful with sausages, english bacon plus orange juice.

The setting of hotel was perfect, to The Old Town which is absolutely brilliant.

It was a comfortable modern hotel, I would definitely come back. The location was decent, very close to Old Town, convenient to go everywhere. Although some of the staff were miserable, I had a really good stay.

The location was brilliant and super in a lovely area, just off old town centre, the RH Princesa, and loads of restaurants.

The rooms were brand-new, the pool was lovely, high quality place. The breakfast was large with orange juice and english bacon and sausages available for the continental breakfast. The staff were hard-working and outstandingly helpful and the location was decent very near to benidorm center for entertainment.

I had a such great experience here, everything was great, the location was handy just off bars, the beach and old town through streets. Provided continental breakfast. Luxurious and light rooms were available. They had a very quick check-in.

Marvellous location, just a short walk away from El Casco Antiguo de Benidorm. An extremely comfy bed and a neat room overall. Smooth check-in, late check-out.

Everything, staff and food are great! Room had a minibar, central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
