Clean place, excellent service, amazingly nice staff. New-fashioned room with exceptional views of the mountains and very quiet. The beds extremely comfy.

Fabulous and absolutely perfect room and nice bathroom with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet. Particularly good views out over the pool side.

The experience was excellant, will be back. Guest room was functional and modern, excellent value for money. The location was particularly good and beautiful for exploring this absolutely fantastic area, right by the Mediterraneo. Also, we were able to visit a Trafalgar Square art museum, that was 3 km from the hotel.

Our guest room was bright with a fridge, balcony all around, a pleasant private terrace. We truly enjoyed a great and beautiful position of this family-friendly hotel. Furthermore, the area was good.

The rooms are lovely sized with fresh sheets & towels, daily towel change, as for instance. The breakfast is inclusive and satisfactory, offered with beans and at least 3 varieties, as for instance.

Great and brilliant property with nice employees on the reception desk. Big room and exceptionally comfortable beds. Marvellous and lovely location manly in the restaurant, easy to get around.

Everything was really good, knowledgeable staff, ideal location just off both mundomar as well as Opposite benidorm palace so handy for the show. The room was neat and modern, offered a safe box and a hair dryer. The breakfast was inclusive and well presented with beans and pastries and bacon etc pancakes are fantastic too. There was Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was very good.

The rooms were modern with a bath, the staff was attentive and very amiable. We got a safe and a hair dryer - excellent value for money. Convenient and so excellent location to the beach or the old town was a plus.

The property's location was marvellous, in a quieter area of Benidorm which is what we wanted.

The place was fairly clean and POPULAR, had incredibly nice staff on the reception desk. Got reasonably large room with a lovely bathroom. The location was good for traveling around Benidorm, very close to the water park and marine zoo, both mundomar and Aqualandia and the sea front. Besides, it was 2 km away from an urban public beach.

Considering other options in Benidorm this one is excellent value for money. All in all, it's popular place that has pleasant staff on the reception desk. It offers satisfactory and inclusive breakfasts and has a good restaurant.

We had a large bedroom. Having shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet was a bonus. The location was stunning, you can visit Benidorm Circus by walking. The area was fairly nice not far from the Benidorm Palace and the bus stop.

Queen room for benidorm palace good breakfast was the best. The service was good, we felt welcome.

When we checked in, queen room with view to the hills was ready. The location was marvellous, for example, Space was within walking distance of the hotel.

we were there for 3 days, everything was very good, loved its incredible and handy location so close to altea, and the ‘ palace. the breakfast was satisfactory and the parking was on-site.

The room was neat and having central heating, a work desk and a satellite TV in it was handy. Dinner and breakfast food was savoury!

The hotel's setting was next to such tourist attractions as aqualandia. The a swimming pool and the a spa center available. There was a balcony in my room
