The room we had was spotless and complete with a large balcony, nice floors, for instance. There was lots of good meals. It had excellent location, so close to the center of Benidorm, bars and shops, and centre of old town.

The room was spotless and large with a TV and a remote control included. They served good food for breakfast.

The hotel has polite and exceptional staff. The property has a great location, so close to a taxi, the restaurant and beach and all shopping/restaurants. Plus, it is set 2 km from Churchill War Rooms Museum.

Would love to go back, I enjoyed spending time there. I have just returned from a lovely stay in this small hotel, decent sized and spotless rooms. The staff are reasonably good and deserve a 3-star rating. The location is particularly good and fab with private parking available onsite. There is a great restaurant.

The room is a decent size and includes a nice looking bathroom. Its location is particularly good next to all the tapas bars in the old town and centre of old town. Excellent, amicable staff, thank you very much for treating me so well.

I truly enjoyed my spotless room with nice floors, a large balcony, for example. Everything seemed perfectly fine, tidy. The location was excellent as for me, really close to centre of old town, Benidorm and The Old Town of Benidorm. The amicable and helpful staff gave good recommendations.

Spotless double room was well cleaned. There was a big bathroom with a hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets. The hotel was in a fab and incredible location not far from the lovely cafe as well as the old town, right in the centre.

We were there for 4 nights and felt would have extended the stay. Our room was decent size and spotless, with a safe box, central heating, and a TV set. The hotel had a good location a short walk from Thomas Cubitt Statue. The restaurant was great and food was outstanding.

Comfortable beds in our double room. Fab and fantastic location for our visit to Placa del Castell approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Situated in a good area.

I could see city from the king room. I loved the breakfast, the food was excellent! This quaint and absolutely fantastic hotel had a central setting to shops bars & restaurants.

Our stay here was lovely, good base for exploring Benidorm. The entire stuff were pleasant. The location was marvellous for walking around L'aiguera Park. In the restaurant they served Spanish cuisine dishes.
