Magic Natura Resort

The hotel was in an absolutely perfect and wonderful location, to the zoo x water park. Staff were very pleasant and exceptionally nice. The view of the mountains and the sea from our spotless room was wonderful.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow, quite small room.

The room was spotless, and fabulous, with a well stocked fridge, a ceiling fan, and a safe box. The location was magnificent, in the entertainment. Besides, it was adjacent to the huge market as well as the grounds of the zoo.

The staff was busy.

The location was amazing and absolutely perfect: the main shopping centre and a shopping centre were within walking distance. The hotel was an easy base for enjoying an outside terraced area. The restaurant here was friendly which does 'basic' lunch, we both ordered excellent dishes.

The property is wonderful, it has amazingly friendly and excellent staff in all areas. The location is wonderful and they have parking on-site. Would stay again in this outside terraced area. There is a very nice rooftop restaurant. When I am in Benidorm, I like staying here.

Wonderful hotel, family atmosphere. Lots of options for breakfast, outstanding tea and meats. Brand-new rooms, caring staff at all times. Magnificent and lovely location for our needs, close enough to Benidorm with the' holas' from the parrots, Nature and zoo and the superb watermark. A 4-6 minute walk from Acqua Nature Park.

As for me, the location is amazing, in a secure area. And it's nestled in an absolutely fabulous building just next door to the the water park and zoo, the upstairs restaurant for BBQ meat, and Benidorm, shops, beach and old town. The units were spotless in the second bathroom.

Brilliant and absolutely fabulous place with outstandingly accommodating employees in all areas. Great, sensational breakfast with usual nuggets chips etc sandwiches.

Accommodation was huge and beautiful with really good and exceptional staff in all areas. The location was fantastic, close to the square where u can get anything also, and had marvellous views. On the whole yummy food; Nuevo Alcazar was in the vicinity.

We were offered sensational breakfasts with usual nuggets chips etc sandwiches.

The bed was a bit hard, unfortunately.

A little small bathroom.

Amazing and absolutely perfect location in Benidorm, just next door to the adjoining Terra Natura and Aqua Natura is free throughout the stay The opening, and the water park or the beach. And 5 mins walk to Acqua Nature Park. Fantastic, brand-new units provided with the second bathroom, big flatscreen TV and bunk bed.

Clean and gorgeous place, has stunning views of Benidorm town. It offers unbeatable location and has always attentive and caring staff with another member of staff there.

Everything was good, amazing location close enough to the market, cristal park and the beach, the water park and animal park entrances and cafe, enjoyable experience. The bungalow didn't seem appealing on photos but it was impeccably clean and compact in the second bathroom.

The staff we met were very rude.

Incredibly beautiful and fairly clean place overall with amazing location on top of the main cafe you get up by steps to the right as you look at cafe. Excellent breakfast to start the day with omelette and usual nuggets chips etc sandwiches, for example.

The room was spotless and air-conditioned when upgraded with absolutely superb excellent value, 2 showers and fresh towels.

Location next to a garden and the "zoo" and water park. Spotless, air conditioned room available with double bedroom, air con plus complimentary water.

The place was wonderful and had amazingly friendly staff at all times, loved the stay. The room was compact, had a comfy couch, a lounge area, and a kettle.

Fabulous hotel in a fantastic position in the entertainment. Compact rooms with comfortable beds, bedside cubbies and tea/coffee. A lot of options, fine food.

The place had a family atmosphere. The location was excellent, only 5 minutes walk to Acqua Nature Park. There where the main shopping centre and shopping malls around the hotel.

Compact units with a hot tub which kept the kids well happy, separate sofa bed all, as for instance. Incredible location to Mercadillo de Foietes.

I loved its incredible and fab location in the mountains above Benidorm.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Magic Natura and water park & zoo amongst others. The staff was pleasant and exceptional, solved all problems we had. Our room was compact and immaculate and provided with bunk beds, fresh towels plus toiletries as expected...

Loved the place, especially my family bungalow. Its location was stunning, right by water park that's included, zoo, and Benidorm. Besides, it was only 5 minutes walk to Acqua Nature Park.

Moreover, we parked our car onsite. The food was NICE with a wide range of choice!
