Magic Cristal Park

The location was great and fab for first time visitors to Benidorm. Enthusiastic stuff, the breakfast in the restaurant was above average and good.

Exceptionally nice people working here, brilliant and pleasant place. Above average breakfast, new-fashioned standard king room. Extremely comfy beds and large bathroom.

Wonderful place with amazingly nice staff, everything was second to none. Our continental breakfast was satisfactory. The check-in was smooth, we thoroughly enjoyed downstairs bar. The pool was covered and the views were brilliant.

Our visit was really comfortable, perfect for us. Had immaculate and quiet room, it included so many space and a balcony. A bath was good size and everything was very good. Greatly enjoyed the location in a nice area. Moreover, the hotel was 10 minutes drive from Saint Anne's Well.

When we visit Benidorm, like staying here. The room is spotless and there are brilliant views over a park. The location is fantastic, in all inclusive restaurant. The good onsite bar serves local drinks.

Everything was very good, we had enjoyable 3 days here. Views over a park were exceptionally good, the room was quiet and immaculate. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was exceptional. The pool was heated too.

The view to the sea is absolutely brilliant, the room is reasonably spacious.

I spend 2 nights in Benidorm lovely. There were brand-new & high quality rooms with the PlayStation, games on the PlayStation plus air con. The staff were genuinely helpful and location was comfortable.

The room is new-fashioned and recently decorated for charging phones etc, everything is second to none. It has exceptionally nice, incredible staff.

Loved our stay, had fine 3 days overall. The breakfast was above average and complete with the whole atmosphere. They gave a single room with a balcony as well as huge TV & English channels as we booked.

It has well managed staff at the reception desk and brilliant facilities.

I booked a small double room for 4 nights and had a perfectly pleasant stay.

Well, the area was really busy overall.

I had an air conditioned small double room with an exceptional view of the sea. The setting of hotel was good, by how the entertainment is set.

Extremely spacious rooms with a balcony and really good staff. Great and lovely position in the good area, right by restaurant, the old town shops and the Spanish bars.

The rooms are recently decorated and spotless, and are complete with tea/coffee and games on the PlayStation plus a quite a nice touch. I really enjoyed welcoming personnel that ensures guests have a really really nice stay.

The weather was fine, had really really nice stay. I booked new-fashioned and spotless room with a kingside bed, a good size bathroom, for instance. The staff were pleasant and always polite.

The place was spotlessly clean and superior, it had really helpful and attentive staff at the reception desk. Had high-class and a decent size room with 2 double beds, and I couldn't ask for more.

There was fruit to be needed.

The staff were courteous and very, very nice and the facilities provided were clean. Our absolutely fantastic room was complete with sofa bed, balcony and huge TV & English channels.

Make sure you stay in the standard double room with a good size bathroom & toilet.

The venue is enchanting, fairly clean and the location is great and fab next to the English restaurant as well as all bars. A single room with 2 double beds has basic facilities you need.

This place was superior in general with a really helpful and attentive staff team. The food was fab and the bar was modern. Good and fab location in cristal park was a plus. Besides, we were close to sea front, the “ Spanish ” restaurant, and beach, shops and restaurants.

We needed to have fruit, but they didn't have it.

All in all everything was second to none, had a really really nice stay oN OUR HOLIDAYS. Every member of the staff was pleasant. Our room was recently decorated and spotless with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms, for example. The location was great and lovely - close to bars and restaurants. Area around had a great selection of choice for meals and drinks, bars and restaurants.

The hotel restaurant was nice with a very wide choice of dishes and snacks.

The beds were extremely comfy and the standard king room itself was decent sized and new-fashioned. We got a bath too.

So glad we chose it, spent 3 enjoyable days here. Courteous and very, very nice personnel at the reception desk and kept the hotel clean. We got a standard king room, it was perfect.

The venue was pleasant, I enjoyed the stay and the location was fantastic just off beach and large variety of shops/bars/restaurants, the old town shops, bars and the beach and the 'Spanish' recommended restaurant on the second day. Got spotless room with drinks and balcony - always come in handy. Food in the downstairs bar was brilliant. Had a very nice time.

The location was marvellous and fab, just 5 min walk from El Casco Antiguo de Benidorm. This hotel was in a good area. We have spent 3 days in standard double room with balcony, the cleaner calling eveyday, 2 double beds, everything was very good.

Had a quite comfortable stay oN OUR HOLIDAYS, everything was very good. We liked immaculate and absolutely fantastic room with so much space and a balcony. The location was very central, not far from a cave and the magic cafe was very disapointing and dull.

The staff were not always friendly, didn't expect that coming.

Recently decorated and air-conditioned room with a pleasant view over a park from the window. A wide range of fabulous food. Location close to bars restaurants and the stores in old benidorm. Early check in & the service was exceptional!

The staff is efficient here, the services are excellent, and location is magnificent just off the Old Town with tapas bars, and the magic cafe was very disapointing. Good sized and recently decorated rooms complete with a fridge, Xbox and a kettle.

Very central location just off great shops, bars and restaurants along the way and hill from last stay rooms need attention, it was in a good area. Hotel's staff was very, very nice all the time. The breakfast was above average and good, variety of food.

I had a really great experience here, everything was good, the location was unbeatable very close to center, bars and the restaurant. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was air-conditioned and adequate with a balcony. The staff were courteous at all times. The service offered was exceptional. Smooth check-in was a bonus.

Everything was good during our stay. The room was both adequate and fine with twin beds which absolutely stank of ciggerette smoke, we appreciated it.

Generally, loved this superior accommodation with attentive staff at the reception desk. Stayed in neat small double room with a balcony. The incredible location was near Zoo. The hotel was in an entertaining area, just off Poniente beaches, the magic cafe and Benidorm.

Sincerely, it was an enjoyable stay on this visit. The rooms were adequate for children really, the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The staff was attentive, provided an early check-in and a late check-out😀🙂

The room was immaculate here with 2 double beds and huge TV plus racing car game. Besides, the location was brilliant and handy for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Port...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

the hotel was placed near the beach. we would definitely come back there if visiting benidorm. it was definitely 3 stars for us.
