The hotel was clean and gorgeous, had well-trained staff and huge rooms. Booked a room with pleasant views to the sea and the swimming pools. There were an electronic key card, a work desk, and coffee and tea making facilities provided. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was superb.

I was amazed by the breakfast, it's fantastic and wonderful. Admirable services were available.

The location was marvellous as for me, right by the outskirts of Benidorm far away from the center and the beach, the Grand Luxor Village, a newly opened resort next door and transport links to other destinations. And it's a 10-15 minute walk from Rbg Restaurant, ate there once or twice. There were a private safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed in my exceptionally clean room. The food was delicious - a huge variety of options.

I had a luxury experience and would stay here again. Thoroughly enjoyed this place, it was nicely presented and great relaxing. The staff were friendly and exceptionally professional, no reason to complain. The bedroom was soundproof and high quality. I had good food for breakfast for meat eaters.

The location for Benidorm was stunning, near to attractions such as terra mitica and mundomar which are so entertaining, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica and Mundo Mar and tacky sea front.
