My room was beautifully decorated and bathroom was spacious. Extra touches like a safe box, a sofa bed, and central heating were a treat, staff were very hard working. This location was ideal, close enough to sandy Poniente beach, very pleasant gardens and the restaurant of good quality. It also was in the 'Levante' area of Benidorm.

I loved having nice hot and plentiful breakfast with so called international cuisine.

Had a very very good time. The venue was nicely appointed and well-maintained, I loved the location close to lovely outside restaurant, sandy Poniente beach which is beautifully maintained by the Benidorm Ayuntamiento, and the sea front, and sea views. My room included a storage space and a safe box. The breakfast had lots of food and it was great value and nice hot.

Lots of food for a continental breakfast. Great service, private parking available onsite. Polite, exceptional people working here.

Booked a room with particularly good views of the sea and the pool and quiet. Bidet was clean and everything was spotless. The location was unbeatable on the beech.

The location was great, right on the outskirts of town, in the very quiet area. All the staff was pleasant and exceptional, solved my issues. Liked the stay here and I would stay here again;)))

I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was great value and warm with Spanish dishes, pancakes, the show-cooked foods. The location was ideal, the staff was especially helpful.

This was a truly memorable stay in 8 Saga holidays. The staff were lovely and great and assisted us greatly. The hotel has unbeatable and super location just off places to sit and the restaurant which had an inside area near the buffet and an outer conservatory type area looking towards the beach. The Irish bar was available on the premises.

The rooms were fully-equipped and functional, had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Was a fabulous base for holiday. It was an EXCELLENT stay for future holiday and overall a very good experience. The breakfast at the place was good hot with very relaxing atmosphere. Had great location to benidorm center.

The total stay was enjoyable with Jet 2 holidays. The excellent staff provided all the necessary info. My room was contemporary and functional with a good view. Stunning beachfront location near bars, restaurant and cleaners, the wide and sandy Poniente beach, and the centre and the strip.

Everything was good, amiable staff, nice views of the beach of poniente. The continental breakfast had lots of food. We got room with modern decor and a fine bathroom to relax.

The breakfast looked great value for money, for all tastes, unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't try it.

The fabulous room was quiet and the bathroom was clean. The location was unbeatable and super, you can visit Cala by walking.

Thank you for a very good stay. Rooms are great-sized with lovely daytime views, free WiFi a bonus, for example, food is outstanding. All in all they offer excellent service. Moreover, the parking is on-site.

It's quiet and charming place to stay 3 km away from Mediterranean Balcony Museum. A nice touch is also the good beverages in the Irish bar. Great service and the food is fine.

The rooms are tidy and have exceptionally good views. It offers excellent services. Parking is onsite...

Our favorite hotel in Benidorm, staff was friendly! We loved the food and facilities, no reason to complain.

we loved the bed, which was spacious. terra mitica is right by the property.
