Fairly clean property with very pleasant staff on the reception desk.

There was no balcony.

The staff were enthusiastic and courteous the whole time. I had bright and huge room with 2 sofa beds, great views plus lovely balcony. The breakfast was good hot and extensive with plenty of products.

The place is well-maintained and has fantastic location in areas that let it down.

I truly enjoyed the room on top 4 floors, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Its location is perfect and nice very close to many shops, restaurants and the beach as well as the beach and the town.

Everything was very good during 4 days, appreciated its great and unbeatable location really close to boat trips, circus, mundomar, the arcades and more bars. The rooms were new-fashioned and airy, and the bathroom was big with a separate shower. Courteous team on the reception desk. The downstairs bar was a plus.

The pool was nice, extensive breakfasts with roast beef, continental options plus champagne. The rooms were air-conditioned, lovely big bedroom for a good sleep. All the staff were patient, attentive.

The area was very busy.

Good food, nicely decorated room with a big balcony, fresh towels, for example. Incredible location adjacent to the spacious communal areas which were spread about, bars all had a nice vibe and hill.

Perfect location really close to 2 mtr, 2 mtr Que at bar and hill since last year, it's central. Plus, the hotel is 3 km from La creu.

Incredibly beautiful and impressive venue, fantastic location just off the restaurant for breakfast, Aqualandia and bars and restaurants, appreciated our stay. The room was big size with bath and a good size balcony, the check-in was painless. The enthusiastic staff members provided a few recommendations. We were offered nice hot and extensive breakfast options with the black pudding and excellent breads. The service was absolutely fantastic.

Had thoroughly enjoyable stay in February, the staff were very efficient, location was fantastic in the piano bar where the staff are also friendly too.

Liked this place, it was fairly clean and had excellent staff and location. We were in an incredible and decent location not too far from a huge outdoor water park. The hotel was a great base for enjoying a very nice area. There also was easy parking and lovely pool. Could be great for holidays...

In overall the room was brilliant and amazing and with bath, a fridge, for example. A shower, a hair dryer and a bidet were very handy. The hotel was in an incredible location close enough to bars and shops, Benidorm Palace, the club👍

All in all a fantastic experience. It's 20 mins walk to the centre.

Our new favorite place to visit in Benidorm. You can also visit The Corner Bar that offers excellant meals. The pool was useful during our vacation.
