The room itself was fashionable, decent sized with a good-sized bed and had essentials I needed. The location offered was incredible short walk to the Tapas bars and restaurants, the festival and the beach, shops, bars, restaurants.

My room was clean and had a lovely bed.

The breakfasts are plentiful with juice, ice cream, hot drinks again served by very helpful. The venue is placed in a central position right in the centre of Benidorm Old Town. The staff are particularly attentive people on the reception desk.

The property is pleasant, it has unobtrusive and generally nice staff on the reception desk. The location is marvellous and fab as it's so close to both beaches and the headland promontory.

Have stayed here many times and would definitely go back. I had reasonably priced room with balconies. Essentials that you need, such as a balcony, a lounge, and high-speed internet, were there. The hotel took care of the superb service.

It was right in the heart of Benidorm with Plaza Mayor Square nearby. The room we had included fast working WiFi, a safe box, and sound-proofed windows. Everywhere there was clean, the staff were unobtrusive and exceptional people on the reception desk.

This hotel was nice little and I would book again. The staff was unobtrusive and generally nice, the accommodation was brilliant and clean. I appreciated the room with a great shower. The service was exceptional, I had 2 amazing nights here.

I stayed at the twin room with sea view. The beds were very comfy here. The service was very good with a quiet atmosphere. The hotel had a bar in the reception.

The rooms were tidy and adequate and equipped with shower and comfy beds plus the largest terrace. It was in a very central setting in the Old Town.

I got complimentary standard room as an upgrade, nice gesture. The folks working here were pleasant. The hotel had a very central position near to beach and bars and nice sunroof, bars and shops and less than a minute walk to the beach and Benidorm.
